Moving forward, a major goal of the program is to foster the physical or intellectual participation of every individual in the company. Corporate social responsibility cannot be fulfilled by a small subset of the people working to produce an image of environmental compliance or selling point for business development. Rather the success and benefit that CSR can provide comes from a well informed group of individuals who come up with solid decisions for the success of the company, environment, and community. The leadership of the CSR program functions to keep the company well informed and shoulders the workload enabling smooth operation.
